      Pros

      Shows attractive on your CV. Office has a good, central location, reasonably good working enviroment. Not significant over time required. Thanks to the company size lot of international career opportunities. Flexible work schedule as long as the role tolerates.

      Cons

      There has not been a major technical innovation at the industry, nor at the company culture for 40-50 years. Work is repetive, mainly damage control due to low and unnecessary complex IT systems and process quality. Lot of manual process. Low salary. Weak workforce resource management. Training only if you ask for it.

      No special benefits to speak of..

      Cons

      Very bad team spirit and poor communication between management and staff, specially the Export Customer Service Manager who ensures to spread negative energy among her team, and plays on the game of spreading negativity and unethical comparisons among the team, there is a 0% evaluation to exerted efforts and work-life balance is not in their dictionary..
