      Pros

      The teams and your co workers are great. Great hybrid schedule and relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      There are a lot of managers lacking the experience and tools to properly manage teams and keep people happy. If you get a good manager then it’s great if not it could be rough.

      Over promised a lot of things. The business is making money.

      Cons

      Everyday is a release day and that’s how it feels. No growth possibilities since old management runs the show forever. Classically European mindset. No learning whatsoever. No bonuses. Micromanaged. Overworked and underpaid. A lot of outsourcing hence replaceable anytime. No recognition, is all work work and none cares if you do more. But when you do less alarms ring! It’s normal for anyone in the team to just give you a phone call anytime during the day. It’s normal to even contact your emergency contracts. Just a disastrous company that you really feel not accomplished and over stressed at all times.
