      -Competitive pay and benefits -Catered lunch daily -Reasonably flexible working schedule -Opportunity to involve yourself in many areas of the business

      Cons

      -Corporate did not seem as committed to business units outside of headquarters in Denmark -Excessive bureaucratic red-tape in decision making and duplication of tasks with little organization between business units -Seem to lack a unified direction between business units

      Great benefits, company diversity and opportunities for travel. Opportunities to transfer positions internally (even globally) allowing for building skill sets.
