      Pros

      Maersk oil offers a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and flex spending accounts. The location is easy accessible and not far from the energy corridor in Houston.

      Cons

      Employees do not know what's going on with the Houston office everyone seems to be left in the dark. Several rounds of layoffs and no direction from other maersk business lines

      Great company with great benefits as well as great coworkers. Plenty of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement from supervisors. Seemed as if they did not do any work or knew what was going on. Supervisors relied heavily on teams to know what was going on and to make them look good.

      Half day Friday's and decent vacation time.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks vision, sound organizational structure and is strangely secretive, HR has way too much input and influence on cost cutting equating to a negative work environment, and employees are not respected.
