      Pros

      Good office environment. Management very knowledgeable. Company is considerate to their employees.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement unless willing to relocate. Constant changing of customers within the CSRs. One-on-one training very short before being put out on the floor on their own.

      Great work life balance, supervisors do not micro manage, cafe and gym in the building, salary and benefits are competitive

      Cons

      They say we are customer focused yet the way we do business is more cost driven than anything else, this is very confusing as an employee. I understand we should have both goals in mind but if we don't spend more money on truckers then we can't deliver the quality service that the company/customers expect. This is very frustrating, every day, makes the job very hard and to feel successful.
