      The most Unorganized place to work

      Pros

      Nice building, off on weekends, reimburse about 6000$ for school per year

      Cons

      Can't work overtime, very unorganized and not forward with change, pay does not reflect effort, they don't care about your education, new employees train new employees even though they do not know how to do everything, can't move around or move up in the company. Not enough training for new employees. Poor communication. Cycle through employees

      Pros

      Highly technical, best in class equipment, software, etc. Attracts Incredibly talented people. Managers and Supervisors are typically good leaders that understand the need for a work/life balance and strive to allow for career development and advancement.

      Cons

      Global corporate priorities can tend to create time and resource consuming tasks that override other goals. In attempting to centralize procedures and minimize risk, the organization can behave in a stereo-typically poor corporate fashion when making organizational change decisions.
