Pros

Good pay and benefits. Ability to place you almost anywhere globally. Good leadership.

Cons

'Salary' is actually dependent on hours worked, so yeah, not really a salary. If you work less than the minimum standard hours for that pay period (Each pay period is different) You have to make it up from your vacation hours. No sick pay. If you are sick, it's really vacation as far as your pay goes.

Plenty of positions available. Growing company which makes for better opportunities

Cons

Sub contractors run their projects. Management is awful, lack professionalism and the ability to run projects. To many people sitting around doing nothing all day.
