Pros

The opportunities for career progression are abundant. Excellent management on the current contract. Plenty of opportunities to travel along with your career. Mantech is very helpful in helping you find another job within the company if you are at risk of your current contract not being renewed.

Cons

I have only been with Mantech International since January and this is my fist time working for a DOD contractor. With that being said, I don't have much to say as far as what I don't like.

They have you set goals each year and how many of those goals you achieve and work performance determines your pay raise. There are often opportunities for advancement. Management actually likes there job so the environment isnt so tense as say a retail sales environment. The pay is also decent.

Cons

Some departments arent able to work from home depending on management and assignments.
