      Pros

      Pretty good working environment, things seem to be picking up around here, definitely moving in the right direction!

      Cons

      ManTech tends to be too small to play with the big companies like Lockheed, Northrup, etc.

      Pros

      Benefits are not bad as long as you are not under the SCA contract. Health insurance choices for employees outside of the SCA contract are nice and provide quite a few options from which you can pick to meet your needs. The mobility program allows an employee who is at-risk to look for another job within the company minimizing your time as an unemployed worker. ManTech hires a diverse group of people which makes a person feel valuable, especially, if you are one of the individuals who falls under a minority category. ManTech likes to hire former military personnel which enables former military members to transition to the private sector.

      Cons

      Contract-centric company which means that if the contract is going away your job is gone. Management is very much the good-ole-boy network, if you are not part of the in-crowd, you are part of the out-crowd which means you will be cut to ensure that an in-crowd person retains their job.
