      Pros

      The company provides good exposure in terms of training and development. The leadership of the Chairman is excellent.

      Cons

      There is a lot of rigidity and red tape. The politics are exhausting and the company is not at all what it promotes itself to be. There are clear acts of Nepotism and favoration based on the school an employee goes to (Royal college).
