Pros

MAS truly changed my life. The team is full of driven individuals that motivate and inspire daily at all levels of staff. Every single day is a new opportunity to improve as professional and as a person. I don't have enough words in my arsenal to say all the good things that come to mind when I think about my job and this company, but suffice it to say i'm here for the long haul.

Cons

I can't think of one. Hammocks in the back are TOO comfortable? Is this field mandatory?

Coworkers were great and a good team atmosphere

The company itself ie. leadership, investors, etc are in it for themselves and don't have your best interest in mind

5 word minimum, no pros.

Cons

Toxic, egotistical, & spineless “leadership”. No real culture, care, or consideration for its employees or its clinicians. Laughably horrible management of financials. Nepotism and favoritism over actual performance/results rampant. Lacking/constantly changing org structure, almost no recorded processes, & no consistent performance review process. Insanely high turnover (6 CFOs in 2 years for example). Frequent layoffs. Shortsighted disorganized sinking ship.
