Toxic culture

Pros

Not many I can think of.

Cons

Most unprofessional environment I have ever worked in. Recruiters showing up like they just climbed out of bed, yelling and swearing in the office, toxic place to work. Be very wary of a company that votes for the best place to work.

Going nowhere fast with upper management and HR

Pros

It’s a good job that I would have loved to stay at, because I did enjoy it. The money was decent, but not worth the headache and stress of dealing with people telling you you suck consistently.

Cons

It’s a continuous beat down. Recruiters are treated poorly by other staff and take the hit for things multiple coworkers (non-recruiters) tend drop the ball on. Team leads are ok most of the time, but the sales manager, upper management & HR have poor ways of showing appreciation, respect and pride in their employees... and they wonder why they can’t keep anyone there. Hard to talk with HR on concerns because of fear of judgement/she is very biased.

Pros

Good pay and decent insurance options. The pay is really nice and I never had any issues getting my direct deposit every single Friday. The payroll process is also very easy

Cons

Corruption is present and acceptable in the recruitment area. I have quickly learned that I can’t speak on the phone to my recruiter because it’s so necessary to have text or email proof of our communications. No sign on bonuses or resign bonuses either.
