Pros

Management is goal oriented, provides open door policy and help where ever and whenever needed. My fellow co-workers have passion to succeed and for the most part respect one another. The company is about work hard -play hard and reward us for a job well done.

Cons

Sometimes my peers are great talkers but poor listeners.

Great co workers, work/life balance encouraged, constantly trying to evolve, not afraid to encorporate employees suggestions, some of the most dedicated employees I have ever worked with, striving to always improve as a team

Cons

Health Insurance could be better, but it is being worked on. :)
