My goals and the goals of MAS are clear, and we are there to help each other and mentor each other along the way. My opportunities feel endless here, there is always something new and exciting to work on around the corner.

Cons

This company has exceeded my expectations, and for that reason I do not currently have any cons.

Pros

MAS employees are builders and determined to be successful. There is a great Team atmosphere where employees encourage each other to reach personal and professional goals, while helping the company reach its goal. I feel the company does a lot for employees with activities, trips, rewards, recognition, and more. The pay is great and management is always looking for ways to give back to employees.

Cons

need to add more parking spots around the building

There is a fantastic, positive work environment. They are very encouraging of a health work/life balance. They want feedback from their employees to adapt and improve their processes and procedures. They offer great training and beneficial groups like book club. I love working at MAS!

Cons

I honestly do not have any major concerns as an employee of MAS.
