New Corporate Leadership Pushing Good Workers Away

Pros

You can make a lot of money if you work for it. Flexible schedule (just get your work done and be available) Independent work which is also nice for your schedule

Cons

Before the buy out, the culture was fun, inclusive, and a “work hard play hard” Now it is work harder and get nothing out of it New leadership knows nothing about nurse recruiting No more management, as everyone quit as corporate rolled out their ideas making it hard to grow as an individual because you don’t have anyone to report to. Absolutely horrible morale since the buyout, you can cut the tension with a knife. The office space is pretty outdated and dirty.

Pros

I was a full time recruiter for MAS. The people I worked with were polite but not well versed in best recruiting practices. Work environment was somewhat flexible.

Cons

This was not skilled placement of qualified candidates. The environment is to call as many people as you can (not a bad thing) and see who will say yes to a job that may not be the best fit for them... You see where this can go very wrong? Inexperienced management led to a hostile work environment.

Pros

Great travel options for Nurses and CNAs, most recruiters are very helpful finding you the perfect fit for your lifestyle and preferences for shifts/ hours you work.

Cons

What ever company that bought out MAS has taken a well running company and has brought it to its knees. Payroll issues, job cuts at main office, and no front office staff to handle incoming calls. Overall rating of this company has dropped significantly. Just hope they can recover from this “black eye” they have right now.
