      Getting paid each month was the only good thing!!

      Senior managers always think they are right and will never listen to anything anyone else has to contribute. You only get anywhere in this company if you are part of the 'click'. If your face doesnt fit, you may as well leave. Bullying culture throughout. No profit sharing - the senior team get big pay rises, nice bonuses, company cars, sick pay, pension, etc whilst the workers get minimum wage. No equality - there was someone on another site doing exactly the same job as me. They had nice perks and benefits, and I had nothing. Despite having a very heavy workload, my manager refused to recognise how this made me feel very stressed and ill. She offered no help at all!

      Close to home, work colleagues.

      Cons

      Badly treated as an employee, management are on a powertrip, very unsafe on the shopfloor, health and safety officer is a health and safety risk himself, management do not care about employee issues and safety issues until bad accidents occur, and iv seen this happen myself, most of the equipment is unsafe to use. A few of the management have been caught selling windows and doors on the side, but nothin has been done about that, if anyone gets caught smoking they have final warnings after final warning, but if you work there and step outside 3 minutes before clocking out you will get the sack it does not make any sense. Two good workers had the sack because of this.

      Salary was good for what I was doing, but needed to be upped when taking on more responisbility

      Cons

      None that I can say really. Maybe management need to listen to their staff more
