None what so ever bad corporate culture

Cons

Avoid like the plague. Would not pay Expenses for up to10 weeks. They work off of employees salaries. Supervisors pass the buck, never making decisions. They offer a company loan in lieu of paying your expenses. No support from management.

Sewer Gas and Unsafe Well Water

Strong and stable old school business model.

Cons

The building constantly smells like sewer gas. The Well Water has been confirmed unsafe to drink by Lake County twice in one year. Alternative work site or home office isn't an option. Completely understaffed due to working environment.

Working for this Company over one year I did not see any pros. Revolving door, they hire people every day and after a few days people are living. There must be reason WHY ! ! !

Cons

Salary below average, no training, to much politics, management is thinking only how to cover their previous wrong decision.
