Great, relaxed work environment! I was reluctant to take a chance on this company due to the reviews here on glassdoor, I assure you, in my time here I have not had one negative experience. The managers are great and give clear guidance and encouragement to their teams.

Pros

I have been with MAT for 6 months. I am grateful for the adult work environment with amazing colleagues. I enjoy coming to a job where you are treated like an adult by your superiors and can enjoy a good laugh. This racially/culturally diverse company has done a great job to make for a comfortable work environment for all. Doors are always open to any comments or complaints. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday. I am also grateful for the health and PTO benefits. All my superiors are incredibly understanding, professional and a joy to interact with.

Cons

This is a professional work environment which is a PRO unless you are looking for new age perks. You are expected to dress professionally M-Th, Flex time is granted in rare, specific scenarios - but not to be expected. There is no working from home.
