1) Hands on, practical experience. I came to MAT right after school and have had many opportunities to learn new things. If you like challenges and trying your hand at new skills, this is a great place for you to learn and grow. 2) Festive company culture including a Company wide Halloween contest, Holiday cubicle/office decorating contest & cookie bakeoff, Chinese New Year celebration, summer BBQ's, etc. 3) Great people that want to help you succeed 4) Solid financial footing of the Company 5) A place where if you do a good job, you can stand out quickly to the leadership team
