Pros
They do a good job providing tools, good on trying to keep guys safe, but lower managers could care less about safety, many have been injured due to impossible daily tasks given by dysfunctional managers
Cons
The managers of the HVAC residential are basically dysfunctional. About all they do fails, having sit for years in meetings with them they continually yield themselves to narcissistic patterns, the cognitive dissonance is astounding with a continual flow of verbal abuse from them. they further there dysfunctional behavior by gas lighting the workers. Any one who questions their dysfunction is shot down. So if you enjoy abuse and being over worked, rushed and given impossiable tasks to preform in one days work. This is the place for you. I thnik Buzzy has no idea what actually takes place in the company and he is a nice guy. however you will not be working for him. I have done work for him and many other big shots at MB Haynes and they were all very nice. How ever he should remove the dysfunctional leaders who could care less about the workers.
