Pros

The work itself is generally easy the majority of the time, although occasionally it will be hectic for a few days during critical steps/etc. Great first job until you have the experience to move on to a company that values you and reimburses you fairly.

Cons

Grossly underpays salary. Minimal support and likes to play hot potato of responsibilities with your client supervisor (yes, you'll have two bosses: an onsite customer supervisor and a MBA CSi supervisor, both which you'll need permission to do most things). Once you've worked long enough that your on site customer supervisor offers you a raise, MBA tries to keep it-so you have to renegotiate how much % of the raise you'll actually get (unless you only want to keep 15% of that raise you just got told you're approved for). Constant turnover due to burnout, poor salary, mediocre benefits, and that some site supervisors are impossible to work with due to communication issues or inconsistently defined expectations, creating unnecessary stress in the workplace. Teams should not be walking on eggshells day in and day out. Projects move at a snail's pace, and experienced personnel at the P.O. try to keep details to themselves or behave politically between departments, so getting more information or even simple answers can be a slow and painful process. Very, very few individuals ever make the transition to hired full time by customer/no longer contractor from MBA, so don't believe that nonsense unless you're okay with waiting closer to a decade. I wish I was exaggerating, because a lot of good people have left because of this. Once hired on, someone tried to guilt me repeatedly (and conveniently, only verbally) to change answers on Voluntary Self-identification forms "...because we need to show that we're meeting equal opportunity metrics". Your results may vary.

Not a good company to work for.

Pros

People you can depend on are not decision makers.

Cons

Is a consultant company but managers and executives do not want to take care of its employees. Too many issues to mention. Just an example: the company conduct any kind of company meetings but employees have to make up the time they attend. The company wants its employees to get acquainted during lunch but they have to make up the hours if it goes over their 30 minute lunch break without taking into consideration of how long it takes them to get to the meeting place. No other incentives but 3% of your salary will be put in your retirement plan annually but HERE is the catch: you MUST start from 01st of Jan and have at least 1000 working hours to qualify. No Christmas party nor thank you the employees for making them money. Salary employees only means that employees have 2 weeks to make up the time that was taken during those 2 work weeks. It really is hourly salary disregard of whether you are salary or hourly status. Since the pandemic started, not a single executive or manager send out an email to check how their employees doing but once every 2 weeks, they want you to turn in your time sheets on time so they can bill the customer.
