Pros
They say "when you love what you do, you won't have to work a day in your life" and that pretty much holds true at MBK Senior Living. I LOVE my job but it's even more so because of the group of people I interact with every day, what our company does for their employees, and what we stand for. Our Leadership team has great energy, insightful ideas and truly does have an open door policy where they will sit down and chat with you any time of the day. They are always implementing new policies and programs to stay competitive and current, value everyone’s input, have great benefits, a great holiday schedule, some amazing perks (food, parties to celebrate holidays/bdays/meeting company goals, team outings, volunteering/giving back to the community), allow people to grow and take on more responsibilities, are a cohesive team that works diligently to always be better, provides a work/life balance, understands that life happens/allows some flexibility, and I could go on. Coming to work every day is a blessing. We support our communities and I am so appreciative of what everyone there does for our residents, family members and how they interact with other industry professionals.
Cons
I wish I could visit our communities and residents more but I am supporting them at the Home Office (so they need me to stay here!)
