Decent pay, temperature controlled, co-workers work as a team

Cons

Upper management listens to no one, zero preventative maintenance or training, everyone gets the same raise leading people to do bare minimum, high turnover, and awful benefits.

In terms of recruiting, we are working hard to ensure that we have a culture where employees receive the right training to be successful and opportunity to advance. To your comment about differences between groups of employees, it is important to reflect on the fact that we were all new once and the only way that we can all win for our customers is to do so as a team.

MCC is a good company to work for: 1. Good management ( NO! micromanagement) 2. Decent pay wage (weekly pay) 3. Good atmosphere (mostly friendly folks)

Cons

Pay could be slightly higher ( pay increase after 3 months, then 6 months and 1 years. Annually there after.
