They don't care about your personal/family life.

Pros

pay and benefits are decent. If your an AT&T customer you get a discount on your personal cell .

Cons

They lure you in by telling you that because they are 12 hour rotation you only work half a year but in reality you have to work on your scheduled day off because overtime is mandatory, I worked 12 days straight 12 hours a day. When I said I was exhausted and needed a day off I got a phony smile and sarcastic "yes we know and we appreciate it". If you value your personal/family life don't go here.

Pros

It wasn't real hard work but boring and the opportunity to work as much ot as you wanted was on the table including mandatory all summer long. If you were a focus person in an area they treat you well.

Cons

Having a normal life outside of work because they expected you there 6 days a week or more if you could!
