Pros

The team has been very welcoming and helpful at all levels and there is a friendly vibe. Management is very competent and practices a servant leadership style: they drive very clear expectations, but they make a point of asking and acting on what they can do to help employees succeed. This team has had to work hard through the pandemic, but there is still a people-oriented focus on work-life balance, competitive pay and showing appreciation with a little fun. From a business standpoint I am impressed with the well-structured policy deployment process and the use of Lean daily management with direct daily engagement of all employees.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. I feel very good about how this team identifies problems and puts action plans in place to address them.

Everyone is very friendly, Take time out to train and answer your questions. Work life balance is great. I like the flexibility of working from home.

Cons

Not many people wearing masks at the office, but that is ok I mostly work from home..

Pros

The pay was pretty good. I built good relationships with supervisors and managers. The commute was short and convenient. Decent benefits.

Cons

I would not recommend MultiColor as they provide an extremely unstable work environment. They hire and fire people right and left which creates strains throughout the whole organization. You can't ever get ahead and are completely overloaded because of being short handed. There's a lot of old school management practices and toxic personalities in leadership.
