You will be in a meeting every week and they all start with 'what you hear in this room is not to be repeated and grounds for termination'. You must be logged in on the computer at all times regardless if you are just trying to figure out what is expected of you next. I worked in one area for about a week and half and then I was moved to an area that had nothing to do with what I was hired for. I met a couple of co workers who had never run a press before coming to FtDearborn. never mind they were running the same presses I had applied for in the past and never got a response from Ftdearborn. The pressroom supervisor was a press operator for a company that I had to print all their quality work since they had no one who could print those jobs. Two 10 minute breaks and 30 minutes for dinner break while working 12 hour shift makes for a very long shift. Get used to the ones on break with you spend the entire time complaining about the company.

There are some odd restrictions about what you can and cannot do, trifling things, but they sometimes don't make much sense. Insurance cost is notably high, its not bad insurance, but you pay a higher portion of the cost than at other places I have been.
