Beware of the PIP

Pay is good, benefits are okay.

Cons

Your title is supervisor but you are not going to supervise. 90% of your job is during the responsibility of a quality tech. Vacation requests and manning must be approved by a manager. If you work there and you get a PIP (Performance Improvement Program) doing your review you better start updating your resume. No matter what you do you will make a mistake and the PIP will be used as justification to remove you. HR is no support and most of the time they are not available for support. If you want to be a supervisor avoid this company.

Big name to put on a resume.

Cons

Management will turn their back on you and/or throw you under the bus just to cover their own behind. The culture and environment is extremely shady and uncomfortable to work in. They lied to me about having a "salary cap" for my position and underpaid me. Sexism is a big problem here. If you are a woman, prepare to get harassed and paid less. This has been, to date, the worst company I have worked for.

We're proud of the teamwork and innovations that come out of our Napa plant and it is disappointing when we hear that we didn't communicate or share those efforts effectively to provide you with a positive workplace environment. When it comes to embracing diversity and having a truly inclusive environment, we couldn't think of anything more important than this. In fact in our Napa plant, we have seen two recent promotions in the operations group alone, of talented and qualified female leaders. It sounds like we really missed the mark in showcasing this or displaying these values for you and thus lost a valuable employee. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences so that we can improve.

I've been at Multi-Color for about 2 months already, I'm working as a T&E Coordinator and I'm already getting offered a higher position as a Utility. There are many opportunities to move up. The benefits and pay are great.
