      Cons

      A colleague who recently left MCC shared a quote from Alan Stanley on their page: “Leaders who do not listen soon find themselves surrounded by people who have nothing to say.” Take this to heart when looking into this company.

Continuous Improvement is an ongoing journey and we hope ours will drive improved employee engagement, thus reduced turnover, and ongoing opportunities for Leadership Development. Since year-end 2016, we piloted a Leadership Development Training program that has touched 200+ leaders at MCC world-wide.
