Pay, benefits, working environment! It’s a good place to work! Retirement plan is good as well! Usually flexible with hours especially if you’re going to school.

Cons

Don’t really have anything bad to say about this company. Come to work everyday and do your job to the best of your ability it will pay off

The work at MCC is steady with a relaxed pace, decent pay, and benefits.

Cons

Unless you're working as utilities, the job can become quite stressful. Communication between supervisors and their employees can be a real problem as well.
