Decent pay that's about it nothing else

Cons

Mandatory ot, crappy hr and management, under staffed, no life with family. They need to look at the turn over rate and ask themselves if they want to be in the situation they put people in. Horrible hr and supervisor can tell you to pretty much f off and nothing is done it's ok to be harassed too

What a mess.....

Pros

I can feed my family, although I dont see them much, I can feed them. I am in no danger of getting layed off any time soon.

Cons

Their mandatory overtime is out of control, they run on a skeleton crew with a ridiculous turnover rate, then expect you to pick up the slack. 5-8 twelve hour shifts in a row to cover vacations is not uncommon. They have a complete inability to address and correct problems. Most of the middle management team has no print experience which is ridiculous. HR is never here and when they are they do nothing, everything is outsourced. MCC couldn't care any less about you or your personal life, your just an expendable asset to them.

While we're happy to be a growing and busy organization, we hope to align our resources and processes to support us so the situation you described does not happen. Since you gave us this feedback in May, we have increased staff in the HR department, improved training of our leads and supervisors, and improved hiring efforts. We hope that you have seen an improvement in work-life balance.

Pros

You get to make labels for prominent companies. Ok pay but not worth the stress or demands of management.

Cons

Employees especially rewinders are not appreciated and often end up burned out. Constant 12 and 10 hour shifts with little notice, regular mandatory saturday work too. The management do not listen to employee feedback. High employee turn over.
