      Pros

      Worked 3 nights of 12 hours, 4 days off. Next week worked 4 nights 12 hour , 3 days off with 8 hours over time paid. I enjoy working nights because I am a night owl. Always have been. It was pretty relaxed job.

      Cons

      I am just getting too old to do this kind of work any more. I asked for help and they fired me.

      Pros

      Pay just enough to make it hard to leave. Great equipment and building. Plant is climate controlled.

      Cons

      Work environment is very toxic. Departments do not work together. Overall this is a very unpleasant place to work. Work very long hours for little or no praise.

      Pros

      You get to work with some great people and build friendships. They have some great customers. They work with you when you need to take off or leave early.

      Cons

      They tend to micro-manage a lot. Some sites have a high turnover rate. They give you a lot of work and not enough pay. Some sales people can be a little rude. They hire people with no experience off the street making more than you.
