training is never a long process it is very easy to get a job here especially for those switching to virtual employment.

Pay is mediocre, projects are short (which could be good or bad depending on what you're looking for), jobs change without much notice, upper management seems to treat supervisors poorly, the benefits are poor and astromically expensive.
