      Pros

      If you make it to the executive leadership level, there are very few checks and balances. Many opportunities to benefit personally from the institution given siz and lack of transparency.

      Cons

      Highly political. Loyalty rewarded rather than ability. Ethics are a punchline rather than a quality for executives.

      If you want to work in an environment where your have big brother and big sister and bigger brother and bigger sister looking over your shoulder - this is the place to be.

      Pros

      Great pride working for one of the top cancer hospitals in the world.

      Cons

      Very hard to transfer to different departments, They say you can transfer after 6 months of employment but unless you know someone in management you can't move anywhere, If you are not a nurse or doctor you will get NO respect, They tend to look down on nursing assistants, clerks, secretaries etc... You might as well be invisible.
