Micromanagement, terrible and inflexible policies that make you feel like a slave. Excessive favoritism and nepotism. Hard to be able to use your benefits. Some directors abuse their power and make you feel worthless. Management won't listen and wont' admit when they are wrong. It;s their way or the high way! There is no such thing of Caring, Integrity and those values they brag about when it comes to employees.

When the nursing department completely lost all their staff and fell apart over the last year and the company did not address it and continued on with a “show” I learned this wasn’t where I wanted to work. If people are at the top are unaware of unsafe nursing ratios and poor mental health, it’s definitely not a place people should work or take their family members.
