      Health benefits and insurance, good place to start a career as only place which will take you without experience because they have high turnover

      Cons

      I have worked at ICT department of MDANDERSON, its very overwhelming stressful and badly managed , if you are good you will be given more work and there is no life work balance. Few Manager are very rude, mean and verbally abusive taking a mental troll on you. People have to quit job even without another job being lined up. Most doctors force you to enroll in the study despite of no known benefits of the study drug it’s all about money chasing from poor cancer patients , very unethical and highly unfulfilled job

      -Good healthcare benefits -Teamwork is key in a small lab -Trust is earned as you show up to meet the task at hand

      Cons

      - Got overworked because experiments were planned to skip over lunch and weekend work scheduled was expected because the mental and physical health of the employee was not a priority. -Working for free on a weekend was the expectation with no compensation for extra hours. -High turnover in position was evidence that workplace culture by boss would be toxic despite compassionate and caring lab mates. - Job mistakes were planted to let me go with a constructed "reason"
