      Challenging cases, competitive hourly rate, 100% healthcare paid, plenty of breaks throughout the day, minimal to no call required, weekends and holidays off.

      Cons

      Parking can cost up to $2000 a year, overtimenis only paid over 80 hours, no premium time compensation if staying over shift, no compensation for taking Call, heavy MDA supervision.

      Pros

      Many wonderful co-workers and a mission near and dear to my heart.

      Cons

      I can only speak for the department where I work... immediate leadership out of touch and reluctant to address issues. Employees often feel discounted and ignored. Lack of adherence to generally recognized industry standards in favor of quick fixes and making our supervisors 'look good'.
