      MD Anderson is unhinged and out of control

      Pros

      The medical benefits are generous. PTO and holidays are nice. Access to TRS. Passionate staff and faculty dedicated to mission.

      Cons

      Bullies in leadership roles are out of control. Retaliation is the norm. No repercussions. Does not stand by its core values let alone its own policies or laws in same cases. Morale is toxic. Grants and funding deficits are all too common.

      Friendly staff/ co-workers. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills.

      Cons

      This role can be improperly used. This institution stair-steps it's employees, irregardless of criteria or degrees attained EXCEPT FOR NURSING. DO NOT ACCEPT and entry level or low paying position thinking/ buying into promises of growth. If you are an exception employee, they will hinder you from moving.
