Decent pay great co workers your able to work overtime to make extra money the plant mgr greg has really done a great job changing that place around just has 1 small issue to still fix

Cons

Bad leadership and you never feel like they appreciate what you do my advice if your going to work at wayland tell H.R any shift but 1st

Pay is decent, benefits are ok, lots of overtime

Cons

Mandatory overtime, lazy co-workers who get away with everything, punishes good workers, no bonuses and only a 100 dollar gift card for Christmas, bad management, no leadership and no accountability. Everyone is basically doing what they want without communication They keep asking more from production workers with incentives like t-shirts or hats ? People want their bonuses back Making more than ever and giving their employees nothing but stern reprimands as a whole instead of picking out the bad workers and firing them. Total black hole. Watch out for theiving co-workers too.
