Retirement options are good.

Cons

Poor air ventilation. You are just a number to management. They don't let you know if you working overtime until the day you go in. They rely on overtime too much to get schedules done. No work life balance. You cannot ask for just a day off unless you have vacation, personal days, or get docked an attendance point.

My co-workers are all great.

Cons

Mandatory 60-70 hours every week. Pay is way below average and the overall company is not very generous. They have a tuition reimbursement program, if you are eligible and meet the requirements, they still won't pay due to back pocket fraud.
