Pros

There is no point system at MEC and they let you flex hours around appointments as needed. People are great but they have a unique management style.

Cons

They changed the raise system to base raises instead of work/production related raises. Health insurance deductible is outrageous for a family.

Pros

Somewhat ok benefits, but in terms of bonuses and other forms of compensation it lacks.

Cons

The teams don't support each other. They wont help you develop a career plan. Poor management. Creating a process, in order to improve, and implementing that process does not exists in this company. Their systems are 2000 years old.
