      Pros

      MEM had me at the call for an interview! The HR team is wonderful to work with. They are professional and caring and make you feel comfortable from the first contact they have with you. This company is one that you can grow with. They care for their employees and it shows from the day you interview with them! I love working here and plan to stay as long as they will have me.

      I can't think of a thing.

      Pros

      Pay well, plenty of things to work on, good vacation time, plenty of activities, Mostly good people.

      Cons

      Overly high expectations, long hours expected, health benefits not very good.

      Pros

      Company provides a lot of day to day perks (free soda/tea/coffee) for employees which is nice and some positions are allowed to work from home . The leadership team really wants the company to have a lot of employee engagement. There is a great amount of work/life balance and the leadership team adds an extra days off for 4th of July and Christmas which is wonderful, if you have a family.

      Cons

      The health insurance is not very good compared to other companies I have worked for in the past; the price for coverage is insanely high if you add your child or spouse and the employer 401K match is not great either.
