-Positions are a great opportunity for growth into government from contract -Opportunities to transfer to other sites if/when positions are available. -Great for military spouses and/or veterans -Direct managers are responsive, attentive, and helpful -Consistent hours -401K with matching options

Pros

The support that MES gives to the Education Centers for the Army. You meet a variety of people and people from all over. The office staff and the Program Managers are awesome. They are there when you need them and support you whenever there is a need.

Cons

The only con would I have to say is the pay. More pay or raises, would be more incentive for people to stay.

Good management, good teams, lots of learning opportunities and opportunities for advancement. Working alongside government employees can be a great way to move into GS positions if that is your career goal.

Cons

Pay needs to be more competitive in order to obtain and retain good employees.
