A great atmosphere for camaraderie through team-oriented goals shared by entire company, down to each department level. Open communication is encouraged. •Easy to follow on-boarding for new employees! The incredibly user-friendly process starts as soon as you are officially hired. You are given the opportunity to fill out paperwork in advance of your hire date and granted access to an on-boarding portal that acts as a continuing education tool. •Every co-worker I've met has a high-level of enthusiasm for what they do.
