      Pay is adequate , benefits comparable, bonus if you can reach them are pretty comparable

      Cons

      If you have a big family and want a lot of family time depending on staffing this may not be the job for you!

      The management team is moving the company forward. The change and momentum is tangible. It is very exciting. The work is challenging and there is plenty to do to keep me busy everyday. There is also room for growth with new positions posted each week.

      Cons

      You have to like change and must be willing to work hard.
