Pros

Company is rapidly expanding. Coworkers and management are friendly. Seems to be well-respected in community. Company is profitable and has profit sharing.

Cons

Company is very fast-paced, with goal of squeezing every drop out of employees, which admittedly can be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. Decision making is very top-heavy and ambitions are outpacing the labor force they have on hand. Pay does not make up this deficiency.

If you want to work for a company where all the supervisors are out to get you and there is no trust for any employee this place is for you... I was a coorporate employee, and got let go "bc they felt they couldn't trust me" this after 2 good reviews and raises.. bad place to work.
