Pros

MFS is a great company to start but not to stay. They're a bunch of talented young professionals. Ideal to join fresh from college and spend a few years. They have a great organizational system and awesome Human Resources and Marketing departments.

Cons

There's a limitation if youre planning on actively grow within the company to eventually have a management role. One of the principals in the company has not the technical knowledge a Principal should have. Eventually the company talent is limited and have no option but leave.
