Pros

MFS provides a great working environment and offers many opportunities to develop my career from paying for my master's degree and professional training. The ownership and principals share a family oriented type of business and an open door policy where my thoughts and ideas are acknowledged. I enjoy working here and look forward to many years being here.

Cons

The company is growing and sometimes gets caught up in the growing pains where it has caused some productivity loss.
