They value their employees' insights/contributions. There's room to move up. Great Healthcare. Work hard/play harder dynamic, fun company outings when performance is good.

Cons

Communication between branch locations and regional management is lacking. Feels like regional/corporate will make promises, and fall short of keeping them due to a lack of communication or budgetary reasons.

MG fosters a wonderful team culture, and respects the work/life boundaries of it's employees. They provide plenty of education for people chomping at the bit to learn, grow & move up.

Cons

MG's benefits packages are far from generous regarding both healthcare or 401(k). Upward mobility is tough to come by.
