the reason for coming back to the office was "our culture". what culture? everyone works head down buried in making them money. you would be able to hear a pin drop but there is the loud construction everywhere. the higher ups don't care.

You don't get every holiday off that the company gives, based on how the occupancy numbers are at the property. No standby pay for on call. Seems like a way for the company to be cheap. Family health benefits are a bit expensive. Upper management doesn't take responsibility, pass the buck on to employees below them. Unrealistic expectations of what can be accomplished in an 8 hour day, and at the same time company doesn't want too much OT to be performed. Company policy is too not work while not on the clock, but almost works out to where you have to in order to get work completed within deadlines. Too few hands for many tasks. Too little pay for the amount of experience expected.
