Pros

The support from the Corporate office teams and sister communities is always so positive. If someone cannot assist they go above and beyond to find out who can and make sure you always feel as a part of a team. The care for the associates is obvious, and the amount of promotions from within the company outstanding!!

Cons

I have not yet found any and am sure that I will not.

Pros

The people I work with on a daily basis are great. We are all struggling together to make ends meet while MG continues to say how many billions of dollars they have. Its really bonds people together.

Cons

Work hard for no pay. Promises with no action on MG's part. Horse and carrot game.
